Steamed Lobsters with Garlic and Ginger 薑蒜蒸龍蝦
- Prepare 3 lobsters (around 1.5 pounds each), lobster tails cut into 6 pieces, lobster heads cut into half. Clean the lobster meat with 2 Tbsp of salt, rinse it in cold water.
- Soak 2 packages of bean vermicelli noodles in cold water until soft, place them on bottom of serving plate
- Place the cut lobsters on top of the noodles
- Put 2 Tbsp of minced garlic and 2 Tbsp of shredded ginger on top of the lobster
- Place the lobster in a steamer high heat cook for 16 minutes, then turn off the heat but let it sit for few minutes
- Sprinkle 2 Tbsp of shredded jalapeño peppers, 2 Tbsp of chopped scallions and 1 Tbsp of chopped cilantro
- Boil 2-3 Tbsp of oil, pour the hot oil on top of the lobster. Ready to serve
