Sautéed Chicken with Cabbage and Leeks
- De-bone and de-skin 4 pieces of chicken thighs
- Cut chicken into large pieces
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut 1/4 cabbage into square inch size, set aside
- Cut 1 leek (white portion), into pieces, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir fry for 5 minutes
- Add cut cabbage and leeks with 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of salt and 2 Tbsp of chicken broth.
- Turn to high heat cook for few minutes to reduce the sauce
- Add handful of cut cilantro and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
