Spicy Pork Sautéed in Shacha Sauce (aka. Chinese BBQ sauce) 沙茶肉片
- Cut 8 oz of pork sirloin into slices
- Marinate pork with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of water, mix well then add 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 4 cups of celery sticks into strips, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, 3 cloves of garlic and 6 pieces of dry red chili peppers
- Once the garlic and chili pepper turns golden brown/dark red, add pork stir-fry for few minutes
- Add cut celery mix well
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of chili oil, 1 Tbsp of Shacha sauce (沙茶醬) and 1 tsp of sugar
- Turn high heat sautéed for another 1-2 minutes
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
