Sautéed Pork with Baby Bok Choy 肉片炒小白菜
- Cut 8-10 oz of pork sirloin into small slices
- Marinate pork with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut half red bell pepper into strips. Set aside
- Boil 1.5 pounds of baby bok choy in boiling water for couple minutes. Add 1 Tbsp of salt and 1 Tbsp of oil prior to put the baby bok choy into the hot water
- Place the cooked baby bok choy on a serving plate
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add pork and stir-fry for few minutes
- Add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 cup of chicken broth
- Cook to the pork well done, add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce, then add cut red bell pepper
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, put the pork on top of the baby bok choy. Ready to serve
