FETTUCCINE AL LIMONE

INGREDIENTI

  • 350 g fettuccine di semola senza uova
  • 50 g di olio extravergine di oliva
  • 20 foglie di basilico
  • 1 limone
  • sale
  • pepe

Fate bollire l' acqua della pasta con la scorza grattugiata del limone.

Salate, versate le fettuccine e lessatele per 6 minuti.

Frullate l'olio con le foglie di basilico, il succo del limone, un pizzico di sale e una generosa macinata di pepe fino ad ottenere una perfetta emulsione.

Scolate le fettuccine, conditele con l' emulsione al limone e basilico e servitele subito.
