Curry squid in coconut milk and coriander

- frozen clean squids
- minced ginger
- minced garlic
- minced shallot
- salt
- white pepper
- lemon juice
- Fish masala
- coconut Milk no sugars
- green chili
- extra turmeric
- sunflower oil
- curmin seeds
- bay leaves
Brown in hot oil the garlic, green chili, ginger, shallot, cumin and bay leaves.
Once the will have cooked a little, add the froze squid. Pay attention because they have water because of ice. Add fish masala as liked and turmeric if needed.
Once a little cooked, add salt and coconut milk.
Let it cook for 10-15 minutes
Serve with fresh coriander on top as in the picture above
