Roasted Spare Ribs 燒排骨
- Prepare a full rack of spare ribs (3-4 pounds) by trimming fat out
- Use paper towel to dry the rib
- Season the rib with 3 Tbsp of soy sauce, 3 Tbsp of Hoisin sauce, 1 Tbsp of salt, 1 Tbsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of garlic powder overnight
- Preheat oven at 375˚F, put the ribs inside the oven with aluminum foil cover the top, set for 40 minutes
- Once done, brush a layer of honey or maple syrup on top of the ribs and continue broil for another 10 minutes without cover
- Once cool off, cut into pieces. Ready to serve.
