Steamed Chicken with Black Bean Sauce 豉汁蒸雞
- Cut 3 chicken legs in small pieces
- Marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of black bean sauce (豆豉酱), 1 tsp of chili sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Medium heat steam the chicken for 18 minutes
- Once done, sprinkle chopped scallions, cilantro and red chili pepper on the top. Ready to serve
