Pan-Seared Salmon 蒜煎三文魚

  1. Prepare 1 pound of salmon fillets (cut in few large pieces
  2. Prepare 3 large cloves of garlic and few thyme, set aside
  3. Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil, Once the oil is hot, put the salmon fillet with the skin side down.
  4. Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper
  5. Slowly move the salmon around the pan cook for 4 minutes
  6. Flip the fish over, add garlic and thyme
  7. Cook each side around 2 minutes each
  8. Add 1 Tbsp of chopped scallions on top of fish. Ready to serve
