Pan-Seared Salmon 蒜煎三文魚
- Prepare 1 pound of salmon fillets (cut in few large pieces
- Prepare 3 large cloves of garlic and few thyme, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil, Once the oil is hot, put the salmon fillet with the skin side down.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper
- Slowly move the salmon around the pan cook for 4 minutes
- Flip the fish over, add garlic and thyme
- Cook each side around 2 minutes each
- Add 1 Tbsp of chopped scallions on top of fish. Ready to serve
