Sautéed Black Bean Chicken 豉椒炒雞球
- Cut 3 chicken thighs into medium chunks
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut half red bell pepper and half green bell pepper in medium chunks. Set aside
- Cut 3 cups of cabbage in medium chunks. Set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add marinated chicken stir-fry for 5 minutes
- Add cut cabbage, then 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of black bean sauce, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine and 2 Tbsp of chicken broth continue stir-fry for few more minutes
- Add cut bell peppers cook for another few minutes
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
