Salt and Pepper Tofu 椒鹽豆腐
- Cut a box of medium firm tofu in an inch cube size.
- Cut half red bell pepper, half green bell pepper and half yellow onion into small dices, set aside
- Lightly breaded tofu with egg and cornstarch
- Medium heat cooking pot with 2 inches of oil
- Deep-fry tofu to golden brown (6-8 minutes), take it out set aside
- High heat cooking pan with 1 tsp of oil
- Add all diced peppers and onion quickly stir-fry for 30 seconds
- Add deep-fried tofu, then sprinkle 1 Tbsp of salt, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of black pepper, continue flip the tofu over for 30 seconds
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
