Ginger Scallion Chicken Wings 薑蔥炆雞翼
- Prepare 2 pounds of chicken wings, cut and trim fat. Use paper towel to dry it, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil, add chicken wings pan-fry until golden grown on both side
- Add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, then add 4 large slices of ginger, 4 cloves of garlic and 1 cup of cut scallion
- Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of white pepper, 1 tsp of black pepper and 1 Tbsp of sugar.
- Mix all ingredients well, then add 1 cup of hot water
- Close the lid and turn to medium-low heat cook for 15 minutes
- Add few cut scallion and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
