Spicy Shredded Pork and Potatoes in Oyster Sauce 薯仔炒豬肉絲
- Cut 8 oz of pork sirloin into strips
- Marinate pork with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of salt, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch, 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 2 potatoes into strips, set aside
- Cut few scallions in 2 inches, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add pork, stir-fry for few minutes, take it out set aside
- Use the same pan add 3-4 red chili pepper, then add cut potatoes
- Continue cook for few minutes, then add pork.
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of sugar, and 1 cup of chicken broth
- Close the lid, turn to medium low heat cook for 10-12 minutes
- Add cut scallions and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
