Scrambled Eggs with Char Siu and Shrimp 叉燒蝦球炒蛋
- Peeled and devein shrimp (6 pieces). Seasoned with salt and pepper and olive oil
- Cut Char Siu into slices (8-10 pieces)
- Cut half yellow onion into dices
- Scramble 3 large eggs, add half cup of green peas, half tsp of salt and 1 tsp of sesame oil
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
- Add chopped yellow onion cook for a minute
- Add shrimp cook both side for 20 seconds, then add cut Char Siu cook for 30 seconds
- Slowly add scrambled eggs and peas, turn to medium low heat
- Do not stir, just move the eggs around
- Once the egg cooked, ready to serve
