Vietnamese Cơm tấm (Pork Chop with Rice and Fried Egg)

1. Marinate 3 pieces of pork chop with 1 Tbsp of fish sauce, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
2. Cut cucumber and tomato in slices, set on serving plate.
3. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
4. Pan fry pork chop until turn golden brown on both side (4-5 minutes on each side)
5. Use the same pan to make a fried egg.
6. Set rice, pork chip and fried egg on serving plate with the Vietnamese dipping sauce. Ready to serve.
7. Vietnamese dipping sauce: 1.5 Tbsp of fish sauce, 3 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp of red chili, 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro.
