Sauteed Pepper Chicken 青椒雞丁
- Debone and deskin 4 pieces of chicken thigh, cut the chicken in small cube size
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut one green bell pepper, one red bell pepper and 1 yellow onion into cube size, Set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add cut chicken stir fry for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of Hoisin sauce, 1 tsp go black pepper and 2 Tbsp of chicken broth
- Continue stir-fry for few more minutes, then add all cut bell peppers and onion
- Turn high heat to reduce the sauce (just about a minute)
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
