Hong Kong BBQ Pork Noodles 港式叉燒撈麵
- Marinate 1.5 pounds of pork shoulder with Chinese BBQ pork sauce (aka. char siu sauce 叉燒醬) overnight
- Use air-fryer 350˚F for 20 minutes, flip over half-way.
- Brush honey on both sides of pork, air-fryer at 400˚F for additional 8 more minutes
- Let the pork cool off, cut in large slices. Set aside
- Boil a package of fresh Hong Kong style wonton egg noodles for 40 seconds, rinse it in cold water for 10 seconds, then back to boiled water for another 10 seconds, place the noodles in the serving plate
- Put the cut BBQ pork (aka char siu) on the side of the noodle
- Put a handful of shredded scallions on top of the noodles
- Put 1 Tbsp of hot oil on top of the scallions.
- Put 1-2 Tbsp of oyster sauce, ready to serve
