Combo Noodle Soup 雜錦湯麵
- Cut one chicken breast into slices. Marinate with 1 tsp of salt, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Peeled and devein shrimp (6 pieces). Seasoned with salt and pepper and olive oil
- Shredded half carrot, set aside
- Cut 2 cups of Napa cabbage into pieces, set aside
- Soak 3 shiitake mushroom until soft, cut in strips. Set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of minced garlic
- Add cut chicken stir fry for few minutes
- Add shrimp cook for a minute
- Add cut vegetables and mushrooms with 2 cups of fresh noodles
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder stir fry for few minutes
- Add 3 cups of hot water and 1 Tbsp of chicken bouillon
- Once boiled, add 1 tsp of sesame oil and chopped scallions and cilantro. Ready to serve
