Da Lu Noodles 山東大滷麵
Da Lu Noodles 山東大滷麵
- Soak 3 shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, cut in small strips
- Soak 1 cup of wood-ears (Chinese fungus) until soft
- Devine 3 shell-less shrimp, set aside
- Cut 2 cups of Chinese cabbage, set aside
- Cut 4 oz of pre-cooked pork into slices, set aside
- Pre-cook a bowl of fresh egg noodles, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add cut pork and shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry for few minutes
- Add shrimp, wood-ears and Chinese cabbage with 3 cup of chicken broth
- Once the broth boil, add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the broth
- Slowly add one scrambled egg on top of the broth
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and chopped scallions and cilantro
- Pour the broth on top of the cooked noodles, ready to serve
