Da Lu Noodles 山東大滷麵

  1. Soak 3 shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, cut in small strips
  2. Soak 1 cup of wood-ears (Chinese fungus) until soft
  3. Devine 3 shell-less shrimp, set aside
  4. Cut 2 cups of Chinese cabbage, set aside
  5. Cut 4 oz of pre-cooked pork into slices, set aside
  6. Pre-cook a bowl of fresh egg noodles, set aside
  7. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  8. Add cut pork and shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry for few minutes
  9. Add shrimp, wood-ears and Chinese cabbage with 3 cup of chicken broth
  10. Once the broth boil, add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the broth
  11. Slowly add one scrambled egg on top of the broth
  12. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and chopped scallions and cilantro
  13. Pour the broth on top of the cooked noodles, ready to serve
