How to install Resident Evil: Outbreak in the Playstation 2 Hard disk
Main screen
This is the main screen where you can select the hdd install.
This is the normal screen when no hard drive is connected / formatted.
HDD Install
Install game data to internal hard disk drive (for PlayStation 2) to decrease in-game load times. In order to install game data, at least 1024 MB of free space is required on the internal hard disk drive (for PlayStation 2). Will you install the game data on your internal hard disk drive (for PlayStation 2)?
Installing game data. Do not switch off, reset the console, or remove the internal hard disk drive (for PlayStation 2) from the console. While you wait you can play around with a simple puzzle game.
Data Install Complete. Please press any button.
Options
In the option screen you can select where you want to load the game data from, either the HDD or the DVD drive.
Use the game data installed on the hard disk drive.
Use the game data loaded from the DVD-ROM.
Error messages
Game data is already installed on the internal hard disk drive (for PlayStation 2). Will you overwrite existing install data?
