Spicy Chicken with Chinese Pancake (Tortilla)
Spicy Chicken with Chinese Pancake (Tortilla)
- Cut 2 chicken breast into small chunks
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
- Add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 cup of chopped white onion, 4 red chili pepper and 1 Tbsp of red chili oil
- Add cut chicken, turn to medium heat stir-fry until golden brown (4-5 minutes)
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of sesame oil continue cook for few minutes, set to serving plate
- Low heat warm up ready-made Chinese pancake or tortilla wrap
- Serve as either dish with pancake or tortilla wrap.
