Sautéed Pork Belly with String Beans 五花肉炒四季豆
- Cut 8 oz of string bean in an inch length. Set aside
- Wash 10 cherry tomatoes, set aside
- Boil 2 pounds of pork belly in water with 3 slices of ginger, 3 scallions and 1 cup of cooking wine
- Remove the brown and grease continue cook for 10 minutes, then rinse the pork with cold water
- Cut pork belly in an inches size
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 tsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add cut pork belly cook for 10-15 minutes until the meat turn golden brown
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of hot water.
- Turn to low heat, close the lid slow cook the pork for 40-45 minutes
- Add string bean with the pork belly and stir-fry for another 10 minutes
- Turn high heat to reduce the juice if necessary
- Add cherry tomatoes and ready to serve
