Salt & Pepper Pork Chops 椒鹽豬扒
- Prepare 3 medium size pork chops, tenderize them by pounding on both sides, then cut into 2-3 pieces each
- Marinate pork chops with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Chopped 1/3 red bell pepper, 1/3 green bell pepper, 1 small yellow onion and 1 jalapeño pepper. Set aside
- Place pork chops in air-fryer cook at 300˚F for 12 minutes, then 400˚F for 8 minutes, set aside
- Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and 1 Tbsp of minced ginger cook until golden brown.
- Add onions and peppers turn to medium heat cook for a minutes
- Mix the onion and peppers with the pork chops, add 2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and cut cilantro. Ready to serve
