Sautéed Fish Fillets 清炒魚片
- Prepare 1 pound of white fish fillets (cod fillet in this recipe), rinse with salt and water.
- Paper dry the fish fillet
- Cut fish fillets into large chucks
- Marinate fish fillets with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Boil one crowd of cut broccoli in hot water for a minute, set in the serving plate
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced ginger
- Add fish fillet, do not stir right the way to avoid break into small pieces. Slowly move around the cooking pan for a minute
- Add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine and 1 tsp of salt
- Add 2 Tbsp of chicken broth and handful of cut scallions
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, place on top of broccoli. Ready to serve
