Beef with Vegetables 蔬菜炒牛肉
- Marinate 6-8 oz of beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 1 carrot, 1 broccoli, 6 mushrooms, 1/4 head of Napa Cabbage into slices
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add beef stir-fry to medium well, take the beef out set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same cooking pan, add cut carrot, Napa Cabbage and broccoli stir-fry for few minutes
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and half cup of chicken broth
- Add cut mushrooms and continue to cook few minutes
- Add beef, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
