Grilled Bok Choy

  1. Soak and wash bok choy with 1 Tbsp of salt
  2. Boil whole bok choy in hot water for 3 minutes
  3. Cut bok choy in half
  4. Grill bok choy for a minute to get the burn mark
  5. Boil 2 Tbsp of hot oil mix with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of minced ginger and 2 Tbsp of chopped scallions with 1 tsp of salt
  6. Spread minced ginger garlic sauce on top of bok choy. Ready to serve
