Grilled Bok Choy
- Soak and wash bok choy with 1 Tbsp of salt
- Boil whole bok choy in hot water for 3 minutes
- Cut bok choy in half
- Grill bok choy for a minute to get the burn mark
- Boil 2 Tbsp of hot oil mix with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of minced ginger and 2 Tbsp of chopped scallions with 1 tsp of salt
- Spread minced ginger garlic sauce on top of bok choy. Ready to serve
