Eggplant is not fried but steamed, eggplant cooked this method is very tender, soft and not too oily.
eat this dish with warm rice, very delicious.

ingredients

  • 2 eggplants
  • 3 scallion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


how to cook it

  • cut the eggplant into pieces then soak in salt water
  • thinly sliced scallions and finely chopped garlic then transfer to a bowl
  • add salt, pepper powder, chili powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds
  • drain the eggplant then heat the steamer, steam the eggplant over high heat for 10 minutes, transfer it to a plate
  • Pour hot oil into a bowl spices, mix well then pour over the steamed eggplant
  • Sprinkle sliced scallions
