Crispy Salted Roast Chicken
- Prepare 3 chicken thighs, trim fats and dry it by paper towel
- Season the chicken with 1.5 Tbsp of salt, 1 Tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of black pepper and 1 tsp of onion powder
- Put the chicken in refrigerator without cover overnight (the drier the skin the better result)
- Air-fryer chicken at 350 ˚F for 25 minutes, flip chicken over every 5 minutes.
- Cut chicken in pieces, ready to serve
