Roasted Spare Ribs 燒排骨
- Season 2 pounds of spare ribs with 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Set air-fryer 380 ˚F for 25 minutes, flip the ribs every 5 minutes
- Turn temperature to max 400 ˚F for 5-8 minutes until golden brown. Ready to serve
