Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce (Cold Mix) 蒜泥白肉
- Boil 2-3 pounds of pork butt with 1 Tbsp of salt, 1 Tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 3 large slices of ginger, 3 scallions, 3 star anises, 1 Tbsp of peppercorns for 40-50 minutes.
- Take it out set aside to cool off. Once it cool off, cut into slices
- Cut one cucumber into strips, set aside
- Mix 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 3 Tbsp of water, 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of red chili oil with 2 Tbsp of minced garlic. Set aside
- Mix sliced pork, shredded cucumber, garlic sauce with one cut scallion and handful of cilantro. Ready to serve.
