Shredded Pork Stir-Fried Noodles 肉絲炒麵
Shredded Pork Stir-Fried Noodles 肉絲炒麵
- Cut 6 oz of pork in strip, marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Rinse 2 cups of bean sprouts, set aside
- Cut 2 cups of cabbage, set aside
- Cut 3 scallions in 2 inches length, set aside
- Boil fresh noodles cook to ready to use
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add pork and cook to medium well, take it out set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same cooking pan, then add noodles and cabbage.
- Stir fry noodles for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of white pepper powder
- Add pork, bean sprouts and cut scallions continue stir fry for few more minutes
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve.
