Chilli chicken(辣子鸡)
Chilli chicken(辣子鸡), delicious Sichuan food.
Ingredients:
chicken, salt, cooking wine, dry chilli, dark sauce, Pixian chilli paste, Sichuan peppers, ginger, garlic, edible oil, scallion.
Cooking tips:
- Cut chicken to pieces, marinate it with cooking wine, salt, dark sauce and ginger for 20 minutes
- Heat oil in wok, fry chicken until dry, take it out and keep aside
- Leave some oil in wok and heat, fry dry chilli , chilli paste, Sichuan peppercorns, ginger until fragrance, then put fried chicken in wok, stir fry for 2 minutes
- Serve in a plate, sprinkle some scallions.
