Fried meat slices with agaric(木耳肉片), which is a non-spicy Sichuan cuisine
Ingredients:
pork slices, Sichuan pickles, celtuce stem, cooking oil, dried agaric (wood ears), cooking wine, dark sauce, salt, garlic slices, Sichuan peppers,
Cooking tips:
- Soak dried agaric in water for 40 minutes, marinate celtuce stem slices with salt for 20 minutes, and marinate pork slices with dark sauce, cooking wine, Sichuan pepper & starch
- Heat oil in wok, put pork and garlic slices, fry for 1 minute, then take out and keep aside.
- Heat left oil in wok, put Sichuan pickle and soaked & water removed agaric, fry for 1 minute, then add celtuce, fry and stir for 1.5 minute, finally, add pork and salt, fry for 30 seconds
- Take out and serve in a dish plate.
