Spicy Okra chicken

Ingredients:

  • 7-8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/2 lb Okra
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 medium shallots
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp mushroom seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1.75 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp siriracha
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
