Homemade Spicy Chicken 辣子雞絲
- Cut 2 pounds of chicken breast in slices
- Marinate with salt (1 Tbps), white pepper (1 tsp), cornstarch (2 Tbps) and oil (2 Tbps) for 30 minutes
- Cut celery, carrots and green onions in 2 inches strips
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbps of oil and minced garlic (1 Tbps)
- Add chicken and stir-fry to almost done, take it out of the pan.
- Add 2 Tbps of oil, few red chili peppers, Chili paste (extra spicy), celery and carrots.
- Turn high heat stir fry for few minutes, then add chicken back.
- Add 2 Tbps of soy sauce, 2 Tbps of hoisin sauce and green onions
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and ready to serve
