Homemade Green Mussels in Soybean Sauce

  1. Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
  2. Add 2 Tbsp of soybean sauce, 2 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of Chili sauce
  3. Add 2 pounds of green mussels (pre-cleaned)
  4. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and 1 Tbsp of sugar
  5. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  6. Cook for 3-5 minutes, then add cornstarch with water to thicken the sauce.
  7. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and chopped scallions on the top. Ready to serve.
