Seafood Pan Fried Noodles - Hong Kong Style
Ingredients:
Seafood - Shrimp, Scallops, Squid and Fish FilletsVegetables - Broccoli, Carrots, Mushrooms
- Pan fried egg noodles with 4 Tbsp of oil on each side for 3 minutes until crispy golden brown
- Slightly boil the seafood ingredients in hot water, shrimp and squids take less than a minute and scallops and fish fillets take a little bit longer
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
- Add few slices of gingers, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add all vegetables stir-fry with 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper
- Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth cook for few minutes
- Add all the seafood ingredients cook for another minute
- Add cornstarch mix with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil
- Place all the seafood and vegetables on the top of the crispy noodles. Ready to serve
