Seafood Pan Fried Noodles - Hong Kong Style


Ingredients:
Seafood - Shrimp, Scallops, Squid and Fish FilletsVegetables - Broccoli, Carrots, Mushrooms

  1. Pan fried egg noodles with 4 Tbsp of oil on each side for 3 minutes until crispy golden brown
  2. Slightly boil the seafood ingredients in hot water, shrimp and squids take less than a minute and scallops and fish fillets take a little bit longer
  3. Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
  4. Add few slices of gingers, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  5. Add all vegetables stir-fry with 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper
  6. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth cook for few minutes
  7. Add all the seafood ingredients cook for another minute
  8. Add cornstarch mix with water to thicken the sauce
  9. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil
  10. Place all the seafood and vegetables on the top of the crispy noodles. Ready to serve
