Korean Kimchi Fried Rice
Korean Kimchi Fried Rice
- Low heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
- Add 2 Tbsp of minced garlic and half cup of chopped kimchi, slow cook for a minute.
- Add 2 cups of rice (preferred left over overnight rice)
- Stir-fry until rice to absorb all kimchi favor, add more kimchi juice if needed
- Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of sesame oil and scallions
- Add a sunny side up egg on the top before serving
