Korean Kimchi Fried Rice

  1. Low heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
  2. Add 2 Tbsp of minced garlic and half cup of chopped kimchi, slow cook for a minute.
  3. Add 2 cups of rice (preferred left over overnight rice)
  4. Stir-fry until rice to absorb all kimchi favor, add more kimchi juice if needed
  5. Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of sesame oil and scallions
  6. Add a sunny side up egg on the top before serving
