Homemade Chicken with Asparagus
Homemade Chicken with Asparagus
- Cut chicken breast (2) in slices
- Season with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of white pepper, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut asparagus and carrots into 2 inches length
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
- Add chicken cook to 80% done, take it out.
- Add shredded ginger and garlic cook until golden brown
- Add asparagus and carrots with 1/4 cup of chicken broth, cook for few minutes.
- Add chicken back cook for a minute.
- Add salt if needed (some chicken broth already salty)
- Add cornstarch with water mix to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
