Another East meets West dishes - Butter garlic ribeye steak with stir-fried Chinese vegetables.
- Season ribeye steak with salt & pepper and olive oil for 30 minutes
- Medium heat up cooking pan with olive oil, cook one side of steak for 3-4 minutes
- Add 1/4 butter and 2 gloves of garlic, cook another side of steak for another 2 minutes
- Take the steak out sit for 2 minutes, then cut in slices
- Stir-fried Chinese vegetables (Napa cabbage, carrots, snow peas and mushroom) with 2 Tbsp of olive oil.
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and 1/4 cup of chicken broth.
- Add cornstarch mix with water to thicken the sauce once the vegetables is done
- Serve stir-fried Chinese vegetables and ribeye steak on a hot skillet.
