Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp (滑蛋蝦球)

Scrambled eggs with shrimp is a common dish in Cantonese cuisine. There are so many versions of cooking style. What do think about my style?

  1. Devine shrimp and seasoned with salt and white pepper
  2. Scramble 5 eggs with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sesame and 1/8 cup of milk
  3. Medium heat up cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
  4. Stir-fried shrimp to medium then add the scrambled eggs
  5. Turn the heat to low, DO NOT FLIP the eggs, just slowly push the bottom around
  6. Ready to serve when no liquid on the bottom
  7. It is ok to leave the eggs in liquid on the top, it eventually slowly cook through
