Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp (滑蛋蝦球)
Scrambled eggs with shrimp is a common dish in Cantonese cuisine. There are so many versions of cooking style. What do think about my style?
- Devine shrimp and seasoned with salt and white pepper
- Scramble 5 eggs with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sesame and 1/8 cup of milk
- Medium heat up cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
- Stir-fried shrimp to medium then add the scrambled eggs
- Turn the heat to low, DO NOT FLIP the eggs, just slowly push the bottom around
- Ready to serve when no liquid on the bottom
- It is ok to leave the eggs in liquid on the top, it eventually slowly cook through
