Homemade Tofu Pan Fried Noodle

  1. Pan fried egg noodles with 4 Tbsp of oil on each side for 3 minutes until crispy golden brown
  2. Cut tofu into square shape and dry it by paper towels
  3. Dip tofu into eggs, then cornstarch.
  4. Deep fried tofu until the skin is crispy and golden brown
  5. Steam few broccoli crown on the side
  6. Medium heat up cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
  7. Add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, then 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  8. Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of black pepper
  9. Add tofu and broccoli, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
  10. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil
  11. Put the tofu and broccoli on the top of the noodle, and ready to serve.
