Homemade Tofu Pan Fried Noodle
- Pan fried egg noodles with 4 Tbsp of oil on each side for 3 minutes until crispy golden brown
- Cut tofu into square shape and dry it by paper towels
- Dip tofu into eggs, then cornstarch.
- Deep fried tofu until the skin is crispy and golden brown
- Steam few broccoli crown on the side
- Medium heat up cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
- Add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, then 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of black pepper
- Add tofu and broccoli, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil
- Put the tofu and broccoli on the top of the noodle, and ready to serve.
