叉燒 Char Siu (aka Barbecued pork in Cantonese cuisine)

Ingredients:
Marinated 3 pounds of pork shoulder overnight with the following:

  1. Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
  2. Hoisin sauce 3 Tbsp
  3. Oyster sauce 2 Tbsp
  4. Cooking wine 2 Tbsp
  5. Five spice powder 1 Tbsp
  6. Sugar 1 Tbsp
  7. Water 2 Tbsp mixed with 1 tsp of red food color

Broil in oven at 375°F for 30 minutes, then flip it over for another 15 minutes. Take it out and apply a layer of honey on both sides. Put it back to the oven for another 10 minutes.
