Claypot rice (廣式臘味煲仔飯 -臘肉,臘腸,膶腸,臘鴨)
- Soaked rice in water overnight
- 1:2 ratio on rice and water into claypot
- High heat to boiling then turn to medium heat
- Once the water reduced, put the meats on the top
- Continue cooking until rice is done
- You may also like to burn the side to make the rice crispy (鍋巴)
