Szechuan Hot & Spicy Beef
- Cut beef (sirloin preferred) in strips.
- Marinated beef with 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of white pepper, 2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of oil
- Cut celery, carrots, scallions and jalapeño peppers
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and 2 Tbsp of oil
- Stir-fried the beef to medium and take it out. Leave the left over oil in the pan
- Add celery and carrots stir fried for few minutes
- Put the beef back in, add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of Hoisin sauce, 1 Tbsp of black pepper
- Add scallions and jalapeño pepper at the end.
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and ready to serve
