Sizzling Mongolian Lamb

  1. Get a package of pre-cut thin slices of lamb meat normally come in frozen
  2. Defrost the lamb. Marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
  3. Cut 2 Shiitake mushrooms into slices and one leek in stripes
  4. Low heat the cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
  5. Add 2 Tbsp of minced garlic, slowly cooked to golden brown.
  6. Add shiitake mushroom and leek stir-fried for a minute
  7. Turn high heat, add lamb meat
  8. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 Tbsp of sugar. Quickly stir-fried for a minute.
  9. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and place it on a hot sizzling plate. Ready to serve
