Sizzling Mongolian Lamb
Sizzling Mongolian Lamb
- Get a package of pre-cut thin slices of lamb meat normally come in frozen
- Defrost the lamb. Marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut 2 Shiitake mushrooms into slices and one leek in stripes
- Low heat the cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
- Add 2 Tbsp of minced garlic, slowly cooked to golden brown.
- Add shiitake mushroom and leek stir-fried for a minute
- Turn high heat, add lamb meat
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 Tbsp of sugar. Quickly stir-fried for a minute.
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and place it on a hot sizzling plate. Ready to serve
