Streamed Yellow Pomfret with ginger and scallions (Gluten-free cooking)
- Clean yellow pomfret (gut out) with 2-3 Tbsp of salt. Rinse it good
- Place few slices of gingers and whole scallions inside and outside the fish
- Cut about 1/4 cup of thin gingers and scallions set on the side
- Preheat the streamer to boiling water
- Depends on the size of the fish, stream the fish for 10-12 minutes, turn off heat and leave the fish in the streamer for few minutes before take it out
- Remove all the gingers and scallions, put the cut thin gingers and scallions on the top of the fish
- Heat up 3 Tbsp of hot oil pour on the top of the gingers and scallions
- Add 2-3 Tbsp of coconut aminos. Ready to serve.
