Homemade Phoenix and Dragon (Gluten-free Cooking)
- Peeled and devein shrimp. Seasoned with salt and pepper and olive oil
- Marinated Chicken (https://www.facebook.com/110487647807272/videos/744812486201276 )
- Boiled broccoli and carrots for a minute in hot water. rinse it in cold water. Set aside.
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 2 slices of ginger
- Add Shrimp and cook each side for 20-30 seconds. Set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken and stir-fry to medium well. Set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
- Add 1/2 cut yellow onion and 1 cup of cut cabbage
- Stir-fried until lightly brown, add 1 Tbsp of gluten-free soy sauce, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of white pepper, then add half cup of chicken broth
- Once the chicken broth boiled, add chicken, broccoli and carrots
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add shrimp and 1 tsp sesame oil. Ready to serve
