Homemade Steamed Tofu with Egg
Homemade Steamed Tofu with Egg
- Cut 1 box of soft tofu into cube size place inside a bowl or flat plate
- Scramble 4 eggs and mix it with the tofu
- Mix 1 Tbsp. of minced garlic, 1 Tbps of minced ginger, ¼ cup of chopped scallions and 1 Tbsp. of chili pepper oil. Set aside
- Steamed the tofu and egg for 15 minutes, or until the egg turned solid
- Add garlic, ginger, scallions and pour 3 Tbsp. of hot oil on the top
- Add 2 Tbsp. of soy sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and ready to serve.
