Simplified version of Mongolian Chicken
- Marinate chicken for few hours: https://www.facebook.com/110487647807272/videos/744812486201276
- Shredded 1 whole yellow onion and 10 pieces of scallions
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir-fried until turn white, then add 2 Tbsp of chicken broth cook for another minute
- Take the chicken out of the pan and filter out excessive oil. Set aside
- High heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil.
- Add yellow onion and keep stirring to lightly burning color
- Add chicken and scallions with 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of white pepper
- Mix well and ready to serve
